ELIGIBILITY:
Children birth though 21 years with hearing, vision, orthopedic, and autistic impairments who meet Oregon Department of Education severity requirements.

SERVICES:
  • Resources classrooms; special educational services; equipment; and materials loan; and occupational and physical therapy.

ELIGIBILITY: 
Children from Birth to High School graduation who are residents of Jackson County school district.  Referral needed by agency, physician, or school.
