Lifespan Respite Network

Lifespan Respite Network (LRN) is hosted by The Arc and designed and driven by local community partners and family caregivers. As a community based system, LRN's goal is to provide accessible respite care services for families and individuals regardless of age, income, race, ethnicity, or special need.

Lifespan Respite Cooperative

The Lifespan Respite Cooperative is a new concept for Jackson County. The Respite Cooperative allows parents and family caregivers to give each other a break for a few hours a week at a low cost or free. The Respite Cooperative is community site-based and offered at different times for different populations.

Ken Wonderly Memorial Fund

Ken Wonderly was an active supporter of The Arc. When he passed away in 1991, a memorial fund was established in his honor to provide direct service to people with DD and their families. The Fund provides emergency financial assistance to those in urgent need of money to pay for such things as travel for a critical medical need, electricity, phone, rent, etc. Since 1996, The Arc has helped families in need with over $60,000 in financial assistance.

Transition House

A five bedroom house involving four people with developmental disabilities living with a paid assistant. The purpose of Transition House is to give people with a DD an opportunity to live semi-independently while learning the life skills needed to transition into independent living.

Social Activities

Each year we organize activities like Christmas parties, a summer picnic, and various other holiday parties. Our gatherings allow individuals/families to come together to socialize, make new friends, and of course, have a lot of fun.

Treasures II

Operating our thrift store, Treasures II, assists in funding our various services and programs. Treasures II Thrift Store is located at 121 North Central Avenue in Medford. Come in and discover our many treasures. Your support is appreciated!
