ELIGIBILITY:
Any individual suspected in having one of the specified medically handicapping conditions including: Cerebral Palsy, heart disease in children, genetic disorders, orthopedic disorders, developmental disabilities, hemophilia, Muscular Dystrophy through Portland office only.

SERVICES:
  • Provides a full range of clinical services for children with developmental disabilities or other special health care needs, and for patients’ families.
